Meet Our Founder

API Search Group was founded by Brian Safchik in 2016 on the belief that the Life Sciences industry deserves an efficient and time-sensitive solution to hiring the best talent.

Brian started his journey in advertising sales but eventually found that he possessed the ideal personality traits to become a successful recruiter. He began his career as an accounting and finance recruiter in New York City in 2005. After six years in a very saturated recruitment market, he transitioned to recruiting nationally within the Life Sciences industry for an enterprising new specialist search firm.

Brian spent the next four years developing a top-performing team while personally leading the company in billing globally. Eventually, he felt the entrepreneurial pull to take the leap and launch his own search firm. Thus, API Search Group was founded with a dedicated focus on the Life Sciences industry.
